Measure your emotional state

Navigate your Skyscraper of Consciousness

The “Skyscraper of Consciousness,” a metaphorical journey through levels of awareness and emotional development measures the personality and measures emotional states that help us know where we really are in our lives. The official name is The Energetics Scale of Consciousness (ESC). This insight that it gives allows new action. It’s structured into five distinct zones, each characterized by increasing energy levels (Joules) and evolving perceptions. To Measure your emotional state we have a scale going from 0-1000 joules, which are units of energy. You can pin-point exactly where you are, what personality mask’s you’re wearing and ways to start removing those maks that hinder your personal development.

Understanding your emotional state is a crucial step towards greater self-awareness and well-being. It’s not about achieving a constant state of happiness, but rather about recognizing and navigating the full spectrum of emotions that arise within us. By developing the ability to accurately measure and interpret our emotional landscape, we can gain valuable insights into our thoughts, behaviours, and overall mental health, enabling us to make more informed choices and cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Measure your emotional state

At Center for Healing & Life Transformation we don’t just guess your emotional state through asking you a bunch of questions. You get to see exactly where you are on the scale, match your thoughts, feeling and emotions to that scale to measure your emotional state and in so doing focus on your personal growth from that point onward.

Measuring your Levels of Consciousness

Basement Levels (1-20): The Survival Zone: This zone that is described in much more detail in the Paradigm Process Book is dominated by primal survival instincts. Individuals here are trapped in fear, reacting to perceived threats with fight, flight, or freeze responses. Emotions are raw and unfiltered, including terror, rage, and despair. Perception is limited to immediate survival, and the world is seen as hostile. Archetypes include the Victim and the Addict, highlighting a state of helplessness and reactive defense.

Lower Levels (21-40): The Reactive Zone: This zone in the Paradigm Process begins to move beyond pure survival, but remains largely reactive. Individuals experience emotional instability, driven by external validation and perfectionism. Power struggles and manipulation are common. However, a “glimmer of awakening” begins as individuals start to question their limiting beliefs and emotional patterns. Archetypes include the Pleaser, the Controller, and the Questioner.

Mid-Levels (41-60): The Awakening and Empowerment Zone: This marks a significant shift towards self-awareness and personal responsibility when you measure your emotional state. Individuals gain clarity about their values and purpose, embrace vulnerability, and forgive themselves and others. Creativity and self-expression flourish. Perception shifts to recognize personal power and the potential for change. Archetypes include the Seeker, the Healer, and the Creator.

Upper Levels (61-80): The Integration Zone: This zone of our emotional intelligence we teach at our depression treatment centre in South Africa focuses on connecting with others and developing a sense of belonging. Intuition and spiritual awareness increase, leading to a deeper understanding of inter-connectedness. Individuals experience joy, gratitude, and unconditional love, radiating compassion and kindness. Archetypes include the Connector, the Sage, and the Lover.

Consciousness, the substrate for any emotional feeling, is itself a “motion of the mind,” an ephemeral state characterized by certain dynamical patterns of electrical activity. Even if all the neurons, their constituent parts and neuronal circuitry remained structurally the same, a change in the dynamics can mean the difference between consciousness and unconsciousness.   – SCIENTIFIC AMERICA

Penthouse Levels (81-100): The Transcendence Zone: This represents the highest levels of consciousness, characterized by deep inner peace, non-judgmental observation, and constant gratitude. Individuals experience complete self-realization and embody courage and resilience. Perception is rooted in the understanding of oneness and the inherent goodness of life. Archetypes include the Peaceful, the Wise, and the Self Love & Courage.

In essence, the Skyscraper of Consciousness or the Energetics Scale of Consciousness (ESG) presents a progressive model of psychological and spiritual growth, moving from primal survival to transcendent love and self-realization. Each level builds upon the previous, offering a framework for understanding and navigating the complexities of human consciousness.

Our clients visiting our depression clinic in South Africa from around the world, have successfully used the scale to create extraordinary changes from themselves whether working at the center or in person, or online. Never stay stuck, measure your emotional state and take your power back over grief, trauma, depression, addictions and emotional unmanageability by consciousness becoming aware of your states of thinking, feeling and behaviours.
